48 Blocks Fine Candy is hiring Social Media/Marketing interns for Spring/Summer 2026. This is a hybrid position with a stipend.  

Social Media Intern Job Responsibilities:

• Maintains the company’s social media accounts and posts content collaborating with the company founder.
• Brainstorms campaign ideas with leadership team and other staff.
• Monitor various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and Google Business Profile.
• Assist with Shopify updates as appropriate 
• Analyzes analytics to gauge the success of campaigns.
• Understands the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and other aspects of service.
• Provide suggestions to management for improving customer experience on social platforms.

Work Hours: Flexible schedule. Hybrid model up to 20 hours/week. 8-12 in-person hours monthly in Falls Church, VA.

Social Media Intern Qualifications/Skills:

• 2 years Social media marketing experience for a company or campus organization
• Working knowledge of Shopify and Meta Business Suite
• Familiarity with Canva
• Interest in growing a brand via digital marketing channels

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

• In 3rd or 4th year of college undergraduate program. Prefer to support college course credit hours in addition to the stipend.
• Prior F&B industry experience is preferred but not required
